Admin Assistant to Sales / Project Manager buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads


Fast growing Sign Company seeks Administrative Coordinator to assist Sales/Project Manager. Successful candidate must have excellent customer service, organizational, computer, and communication skills. Previous experience in the sign industry is a definite plus.
Responsibilities - Include but are not limited to the following:
- Able to read building plans
- Answering the telephone, making phone calls, responding to emails
- Creating Work Orders and processing
- Maintain current house accounts
- Creating and maintaining reports
- Word processing and data entry
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and emailing
- Process documentation required for sign permits
- Running errands

- Anticipate needs of company
- Answering phones as scheduled
Requirements:
- Computer skills -- Proficiency in MS Office 2013 (Outlook, Word, Excel, able to
convert all documents to pdf format) All applicants will be tested
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, problem-solving abilities
- Thorough with the ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to take charge and shine in an environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing
- Dependable
- Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:00pm
